Admissions Process
Our primary goal in the admissions process is to help each family find the closest match for their needs. Spots are very limited.
To inquire for your child, please follow these steps:
-
Attend an Open House or filling out the Inquiry Form
When your child is offered a placement in the program:
-
A non-refundable enrollment fee is taken within 7 business days to secure the space.
-
Review and accept the Enrollment Contract.
-
Pay the enrollment and annual materials fees.
-
Select a tuition payment plan: full, semi-annual, or monthly.
-
For returning families, priority enrollment is given before registration opens to new families.
-
When a space becomes available, the school will narrow an age range to fit that space, consult the waiting list, and contact families to let them know that a space is available.
-
A start date will also be decided at this time, and time will be arranged for the child and parents to meet the teachers.
A child is officially enrolled when the co-op offers a placement and receives the enrollment agreement and registration fees. Enrollment in all programs is binding, and parents are responsible for paying tuition according to their chosen payment plan.
